TIL... JanSport Backpacks Have a Lifetime Warranty!

Yes, it is true!  If you have used your JanSport backpack as a normal backpack should be used and it is broken then you are entitled to a free repair OR replacement if it is unable to be repaired!

Packs, Bags and Luggage Product Lifetime
Integrated Electronic Components (IEC) Ninety Days from Date of Purchase
Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by typical wear and tear over time, unreasonable use, accidents or neglect
